How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do we ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world on selected products. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries please send us an email and we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do we provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking number says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 7-10 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us. Please note that some items may not have a tracking number.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

제품 포장 깔끔하게 잘되있고 제품 확실하게 작동 잘되네요. 근데 EMS신청해서 추가 배송료 내고 주문했는데 한달 걸려서 오네요 주문하실분들은 그냥 일반 배송으로 신청하시는게 좋겠습니다. 똑같은날 신청한 다른제품은 무료 배송인데 일주일 더 빨리 도착했네요
